amidst a horror ridden war
Peace is not only the honey-glazed time,
before a spirit conquering war
Peace is the trait of man
Peace is the virtue of a woman
Peace is what you teach your children
Using the book of your mind
The story of your heart
The pain of your past
And the beauty of what you see in their soul
Peace is a treasure,
if you have it in the present
and present it to your heirs
